We’re thrilled to have you with us for the start of a new tradition: 17 June 2025 will be the first National Police Legacy Day. Police Legacies have been supporting Police Families across Australia for 54 years, and now we are coming together nationally to honour this legacy of care. On 17 June this year - and all years going forward - we will honour all police who serve our community, and the families who uphold their memory with strength and pride.

Christmas Luncheon 2019

The NSW Police Legacy Christmas Luncheon has been held for more than twenty years. It’s a tradition that gives our Police Legatees the opportunity to connect with old friends and make new ones, and offers hope to those who have lost a partner or a child.
Beat the Blue 2019

On a chilly night in September the first ever “Beat the Blue” event was held at Sydney Motorsport Park. And what a night it was! More than 6,000 people came out to see the show, and we don’t think many people left disappointed.

This year was our 17th Blue Ribbon Ball and it was another great success thanks to the work of our staff and volunteers. And the next day, on Police Remembrance Day, a group of our police legatees also had the opportunity of doing the Harbour Bridge Climb with the Commissioner, recognising and paying tribute to all Police Officers who have passed away.
