From July 2021, following the conclusion of the BACKUP for Life project, Richard Mills moved into the role of Referral Officer.

The 18-25 year old camp was held in March at Glenworth Valley, a picturesque hidden gem on the Central Coast. There were more than twenty five young adult legatees in total and they came from all over the state and from interstate, showing us just how important our social and networking events are for this group.

Earlier this year our Chair Det Supt Gary Merryweather joined with close family to celebrate Police Legatee Amy Gobert’s 106th birthday.

On Friday 26 March, at Doltone House on the historic Jones Bay Wharf, we welcomed around 300 guests from the business community to the Blue Ribbon Leadership Dinner.

We are now well into 2021, and we have embraced the new normal with our local area lunches back in full swing. I have made it a mission to try and get to as many lunches as I can so we can all reconnect and forget 2020.
