We’re thrilled to have you with us for the start of a new tradition: 17 June 2025 will be the first National Police Legacy Day. Police Legacies have been supporting Police Families across Australia for 54 years, and now we are coming together nationally to honour this legacy of care. On 17 June this year - and all years going forward - we will honour all police who serve our community, and the families who uphold their memory with strength and pride.

Our heads are still spinning after the enormous success of community fundraiser Legs for Police Legacy, a 24-hour spin bike challenge that raised over $17,000 for the Police Family!

It was truly moving to be once again surrounded the Police Family on a stormy day at the end of September, gathered for the united purpose of remembrance and celebration at the NSW Police Wall of Remembrance.

Each day I learn more about this wonderful organisation that is NSW Police Legacy, and each day I feel honoured to work for our Legatees and their families. I have worked with a number of police that have been taken from the families and it is a special gift to continue the relationship with their loved ones.
